Meet Superman!

What a dream boat, i've been a fan of Henry Cavill ever since i saw him on a episode of Tudors is was prolly the only episode of Tudors i've ever watched, it's like glorified porn (like all HBO originals).

The NEW-est Superman Reboot is going to be directed by Zack Snyder (of 300 & Sucker Punch). I'm a sucker for comic book movies, so im excited! Can't wait for this to come out. :D

Other Comic book movies that i'm waiting for are the NEW Spiderman Reboot (Andrew Garfield WOOT!), Xmen - first class, Thor, and Captain America - The First Avenger. :D

But non of these movies could compete with my dying anticipation to watch the FINAL Harry Potter movie of ALL TIME.. *sad* *excited* OMGWTFWEI!!

Hey YO it's NEYO!

I have the BEST FRIENDS in the world entire world. nuffsaid.

Met up with Mashi and Jaja for lunch in Sg. Wang at 3pm on a lazy thursday evening, when suddenly Mashi hands us two RM140 tickets to see NEYO that night.

I freak out.

Jaja stares in shock. Then we both squel in JOY!!

Mashi is the most WONDERFUL FRIEND IN THE WORLD!! :D Muuzi was super jealous. :) i could tell. :P

Regardless to say, that the show was epic. and neyo was AMAZING!!!

I really hope he comes back someday. Then Muuzi can go to. :)

Project 500 new moons

WOOT!!
Being the social media addict i am, i was selected to join project 500.

FYI, Project 500 is an 'TOP SECRET ELITE' group of Malaysia's most active social media buffs; so naturally being picked was sort of cool (at first), I had received an EXCLUSIVE limited invite to go to a TOP SECRET BRIEFING about the project in CATHAY CINELEISURE, Followed by a PRIVATE FREE SCREENING of NEW MOON.

Anyway, i was a little excited to go to the event (movie aside), i have never been to a social network meet, so i was ready to meet some new people, but when i got there to the actual event, i realized that i'm not that sociable at all. I knew no one (except for a few people who i sort of recognize from facebook/myspace but no one that i know personally or even anyone who knew me that actually plucked up the courage to say hi)... and worse, no one seem to want to know me.

Which made me wonder maybe the 'cyber' me is actually more friendly/famous/interesting than the actual me. hmm...
Maybe i'm just not a friendly person. sigh.

Neway after a bit of lolly gagging ALONE up and down Cineleisure i actually bumped into someone i knew, one of Muuzi's bestfriends from high school Farez Reza and his gf Liyana. Later, bumped into Tekong a friend from MMU. PEOPLE I KNOW! YAY!

After a short chat we were ushered into the cinema, to begin the briefing.

Basically, i wasn't impressed with what they had to offer and suddenly being a TOP SOCIAL MEDIA USER wasn't so impressive anymore.

Basically these people were using us to test a new tweetdeck/meebo sort of website.

I am not a big fan of tweetdeck and other social media lazyassed applications. If u don't have time to check ur facebook... Don't check it. It's not the end of the world. Besides these sort of applications suck out the fun of the ACTUAL facebooking/twittering however i remained unbiased until i actually checked the website out.

Given each our own login/password, i checked it out on the spot. LOGIN took forFREAKINever. So naturally i blamed it on sucky phone connection and thought i'd check it at home (which btw was amazingly slower)

After the briefing, the Q&A session was unbearable, listening to TECH GEEKS trying to out do one another with who could come up with the geekiest questions.

GEEK1: What is the refresh rate?
GEEK2: Will it lag my computer? can streamyx support it? (seriously?)
GEEK3: Based on the ATR rate, will the UPI be able to take OIJOHUOAGOMGWTF ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT!!!????

For this additional TORTURE/effort, i would at least think we would get more than a free movie and a discount KFC voucher.

Good part of this whole experience is easily summarized in two words

New Moon is, dare i say a little bit better than Twilight. Mostly because Taylor Lautner is a better actor than Kristen blink-a-lot Stewart, and he made their scenes together more bearable to endure.. sadly everytime Blinky and Rpatz took the screen despite Rpatz being sparkly and gorgeous enuff for the both of them, their scenes always made me want to gauge my eyes out..

I don't blame YOU, robert. It's all blinky's fault!

Just for that i am now officially TEAM JACOB for twilight, but i'm also on TEAM ROBERT in real life. See, i'm so FAIR.

But i have to say one thing about Blinky Stewart, She airbrushes really well don't you think?

Dirty Funk.

I heard this awesome song called Dirty Funk on the radio... and i had to have it.

Apparently it's by a guy named Steve Appleton. (Any relation to The Appleton sisters from All Saints not yet clarified)

To my suprised i found a Ryan Cabrera look a like... which i really wasn't expecting. Steve Appleton is so jambu! But i love his music... so his jambu-ryan-cabrera-ness is forgiven.

Technically not a Boy-band since they have a girl in the group but they deserve props as one of my current favorites. The only thing good about Snakes on a Plane, was the theme song plus My William Beckett from the 'Academy is' was in that video!. Been in love with them since then.. Currently 'Good Girls go bad' is my fave repeat in my Ipod. :D

The finale was such an AWESOME SHOW! Amazing performances by Jason Mraz, Keith Urban, Rod Stewart, Lionel Ritchie, Queen Latifah, Steve Martin... yeah you heard right. STEVE MARTIN of Pink Panther fame!, bipolar Nick Mitchell @ NORMAN GENTLE!!, Bikini girl and Kara Dioguardi showdown and what was with Kara flashing her underwear to the crowd?? WTF was she thinking?? On the positive side, it was highly entertaining! :D The BlackEyePeas were freaking awesome, And the surprise performance from Adam Lambert and KISS and QUEEN!!! omg, those old farts can ROCK and ROLL yo!!

Did anyone check out Simon Cowells FACE when the winner was announced (01.26.24 mins)??!! He was NOT HAPPY yo. This is the second time the one Simon supports tak menang.

Adam Lambert is such a star, he doesn't need the title to make it.

Me still loves him tons. ^_^

Now i got to find something else to obsess about.

Seems like all the seasons abis serentak. How i met you mother (Yay Barney!), Gossip Girl (yay Chuck!), Supernatural, ANTM (still think Allison should have won.), Merlin, Chuck, Heroes (dah habis lama.. haih~). Need new hobbies!

Where there be Angels..... there be Demons

I managed to catch Angels and Demons kat Alamanda with Muuzi.

I think Angels and Demons is definitely better than Da Vincci's Code.

Robert Langdon (Tom Hanks) is such a know it all (read: GEEK). He solves clues effortlessly and has a thing for european girls (First was french, Audrey Tautou, now that Italian chick)... i bet he rules at Sudoku (Which i, happen to rock at by the way). The whole movie, he runs around weaponless, while other people are getting shot and no one wants to shoot him, he's in practically no danger.

It was a real cool movie. I had no idea the Vatican were so damn canggih.

But what was really exciting was the trailers that they played b4 the movie. Terminator: Salvation, Transformers 2, and G.I Joe. OooOoOoo... awesomeness! Can't wait!

Who wants to check out Terminator with me next week? ^_^

OMGOMGWTFWEI!! Part 2.

Ok, lets be honest, i hated the NEW MOON book (Twilight part 2).

But the first Twilight movie was slightly more entertaining than the original book..

In the second one, erm... im not keeping high hopes since the storyline is really boring.. it goes..

Bella: Edward don't leave me.
Edward: I have to..
Bella: I will die..
Edward: Ok, I'll never leave you.
Bella: Hurrah.
Edward: But if i dont leave you will die. *leaves*
Bella: *Cries* Im gonna die
Edward: *comes back* I'll never leave you.

Rinse. Repeat. Rinse. Repeat. Rinse. Repeat.

Sounds like a psychotic relationship to me, and the character of Bella is so annoying and weak, it's irritating, anyway but who really cares about silly things like that... cuz OMG it's ROBERT PATTINSON!! :D :D :D
