My 30 before 30 list

In a few days, i turn 27 years old. Gaaaahhhhhh...

It's so crazy how this last few years have just flown by... and in three years, i'll be reaching the big 3-0, so i thought it would be fun to make a list of things have yet/would like to accomplish before i turn 30.

Obviously, i've done the big ticket items... like, get married, get a baby. But there's SO MUCH MORE that i want to achieve/do before i turn 30..

1. Own a house
2. Learn to cook awesome Nasi Lemak.
3. Get a cat!
4. Go hiking
5. Reach your target weight!!!
6. Master cooking up a gourmet 5-course meal.
7. Learn to surf.
8. Go Deep Sea Diving
9. Start a business
10. Learn Yoga
11. Create a canvas acrylic painting
12. Fly a kite
13. Own something ridiculous
14. Go to Bali
15. Take pole dancing lessons.
16. Go to Greece
17. See a historic monument
18.Visit the relatives in the UK
19. Spend an entire day at a spa
20. Rock out at a foreign music festival.
21. Master a karaoke song. Flawlessly.
22. Learn guitar.
23. Learn to sew my own clothes.
24. Actually drive out of town... (amazingly haven't done this yet)
25. Go fruit/apple picking in an orchard with Mahdi.
26. Learn a foreign language.
27. Watch the cherry blossoms bloom in Japan
28. Try fancy sushi/sashimi (not the generic crabmayo ones)
29. Bathe in a waterfall
30. Have another baby. :)

I knew this would happen.

As soon as i started pressuring myself to blog, i don't blog at all. My brain freezes and i can't seem to type...

So i'm gonna do myself a big favor and SCRAP the 30-Day blog challenge to a later date (maybe starting the first of December, or January, or May.. we'll see :P).

Besides, it's not like i don't have things happening in my life to keep this blog updated as it is... in fact i have PLENTY to blog about...

Like seeing Zee Avi LIVE with my sister and the boys, last thursday....
and me buying receiving my first car....
not to mention, our dear friend Syed Zikree's wedding last sunday....

and of course no post would be complete without something pregnancy related, like packing my first ever hospital bag, and a entire post where i bitch about leg cramps!!

But right now, lets just be glad with everything that we have..... and wait patiently for the next post. Toodles! :D

Things You Should Not Do in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Malaysia always welcome tourist regardless where you come from, as Muslim country and sensitivity local people, few behavior that OK for others country its might be not in Malaysia. Below just few list for your reference.

1. Bring in or smuggle a drug such Heroin, Marijuana, Cannabis, Ecstasy or any things illegal to international law regardless for personal use or other intend.Why?, Malaysia imposed a death sentence or whole life jail including canned for this crime,

2. Having sex with underage girl, either she wiling or not. Why, if you convicted 20 years jail including canned 20 times.

3. Sponsoring, attended or involved in wild party such sex party, alcohol party, wild concert, underground concert either in private property or in public area. Why?, Malaysia is Muslim country, Muslim community are very sensitive to the issue involving Islamic Law, even you can consume alcohol in a private building such Clubbing or Disco, but you can not over the limit by involving in wild party even in private building, permit are require to holding any concert even in private building, you can be jail or expel from Malaysia and barred to entering back in the future.

4. Wearing thong bikini or naked in public places such beach or swimming pool. Why?, you will become center of attractions, this will cause inconvenience situation to you and also to surrounding people, but you are free to wear it at private swimming pool such at Hotel, Chalet or at private beach. Naked totally disallow.

5. Entering Mosque surrounding area without appropriate cloth or entering Mosque praying hall if you not a Muslim. Note, try to avoid visiting Mosque during Friday prayer from 1230pm till 200pm. Follow instruction given by your travel guide.

6. Bring in any kind of pet such Dog or Cat in public area such shopping mall, food hall, Hotel or Cinema Hall. Why?, It's a standard regulation in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, all shopping mall or Hotel not allow pet to be brought in, this is for hygiene and sensitivity of Muslim community.

7. Bring in Durian to your Hotel room. Why?, Durian has a very strong smell that easily can be separate to entire Hotel thru Air Conditioner system, you can see most of the Hotel will post a poster to remind guest not to bring Durian to their room.

8. Inappropriate behavior in public are such drunk, making love, making excessive noise, fighting, cursing or insult any Police Officer or any enforcement officer such from Immigration, Religious Department, Local Authority, etc. Why?, You can be charges under distributing public order.

9. Take a taxi who refuse to use meter especially in Kuala Lumpur. Why?, You are easily been conned by taxi driver, the amount you pay probably 5 to 6 times higher compare using a meter at the same times you encourage them. Hire a private tour in Kuala Lumpur will solve your problem.

10. Driving in Kuala Lumpur City. Why?, Most of Malaysian driver are very creative, if you came from left handed driving style, this will cause a massive confusing for you especially if you not familiar with Kuala Lumpur road and signage or not accompany by local guide, I would like to advise to hold your plan to driving in Kuala Lumpur. If you come from other country besides Asean country you don't need a international driving license.

Been a busy busy bee..

Busy, Job searching and apartment hunting.

If all goes well, hopefully will get the new job by August. Hurrah! :D

Last friday went to Barsonic with the girls and wanthebomb!

Just like old times. Was awesome and free of DRAMA... which was nice for a change. :)

Then last night (saturday) me and jaja went to the Hennessy Artistry Party. I know technically by LAW, i'm not supposed to be there. These are the times when it rocks to be a rockstar's girlfriend..

I think the rule was stupid anyway... but i won't say more than that for fear of 800 negative comments.

Anyway, Fatman Scoop was awesome! Although he only performed like 3 mins at a time. but it was still entertaining. :)

One Buck Short was awesome. ^_^ but i may be biased. :P

YingYang was ok, but it got too hot and too crowded to enjoy myself. So we ended up leaving early to go makan.

Tonight we are all going to Pantai Remis to celebrate Winder's converting to islam. ^_^ Makan seafood! yeah!

Back on Track

I can't tell you the countless times i've logged in to Blogspot and stared blankly at the computer screen trying to figure what part of my life should i write about..

And as you can see by my clear lack of updates, it usually it ends up with me logging into my facebook/twitter account and stalking other people's lives. :P

Other than the pending drama of my imaginary degree... life's been great.

Here's a few details on what's been going on..

- I've been twittering (psst: follow me!) a lot lately, currently enjoy stalking Ryan Seacrest :D

- It was Alia's birthday yesterday (14th july)... didn't get her anything (no money), but i'm sure E2 gave her something really nice for all our sakes.

HAPPY 23rd BIRTHDAY big lil sis!

owh and Happy Belated Birthday yang ke-SUKU ABAD to Jaja!

- Mama was in the hospital a few days ago due to abdominal pains.. turns out she had a fibroid attack. She's out and about now but will have an operation in September/October. yikes. Hope everything turns out ok.

- Saw DRAG ME TO HELL, twice!! Both times free.. courtesy of Uncle Mac. First time i saw it with Mashi & Jaja! Which was so much fun since it's been a long time since just us girls hung out together, i didn't even mind sitting next to Mashi (who has a tendency to hit people when she's terkejut).. anyway I loved the movie.. but it was kinda gross at some points. :P

- Haven't been spending the desired amount of time with Muuzi, cuz he's been busy A LOT. Between work and the band, i only see him during lunch breaks and late dinners (which also explains why i'm getting fatter btw)... but i don't blame him, he works really hard and i'm so proud of him. :)

- I recently discovered some girls scare me, i've recently encountered a few young(er than me) girls who have so happily admitted to having one night stands so casually. I don't think i am being 'so kampung' when saying that these type of stories should just be kept to your selves. I don't need the details of your dirty business and i think it's safe to say no one else really wants to know either.

- I'm still jobless... which is starting to effect my self esteem and finances. The thing is, i haven't really tried looking for a job. I'm still expecting a job offer to fall down from the sky. *fingers crossed* ^_^

- Owh!!! Muuzi got a nintendo Wii!!! :D I almost forgot to blog about it.. Me and Jaja spent most of last week playing with it until our arms were too sore to play. I love the WiiFit!! It's so FUN! I've been raving about it to everyone. I'm thinking of getting one for Mama on her birthday so she can yoga on it. :P Highlight of the evening is when we got Syed and Azlee to play the HulaHoop game.. OMG it was so hysterical!! Waiting for Izhan to come back from China so we can torture him next! :D

- I'm going to the SHOUT AWARDS @ stadium putra this friday... still trying to figure out what to wear. Ideas?

- I'm starting to be very agitated by other peoples "DRAMA's".. I know i once said i love to watch people's drama's but i think certain people are just terlampau 'dramatic' even for me to handle. Creating multiple problems with acts of stupidity and "i-didn't-mean-to's"... I believe we are all old enough to take into account for our own actions, and if you repeatedly do negative things that effects others.. don't play dumb when it all blows up in your face.

- I WANT HARRY POTTER TICKETS DAMMIT!!! the stupid GSC website doesn't work. STUPID as hell!! Can't seem to do any sort of booking, just keeps refreshing! By the time i get thru, all the tix are already booked! haih.. GSC needs to update their database soon yo!! Hopefully gonna be able to watch it on SATURDAY. Yay!

I think that's all for now really can think of right now.... i'll try and improve my blogging habits from now on. :)

Owh and if you're wondering whats going on with the layout, i've been stressing out cuz the old layout was really heavy and took forever to load, so this is the temporary layout till i find something better.

PS: WOLVERINE was friggin' AWESOME. Gambit was effin' cool and Ryan Reynolds comel gila!! Weeee!!! I honestly don't have anything to complain about... And owh, did i mention NAKED HUGH JACKMAN! yay!! (saya bukan perv... saya cuma tergembira sikit :D)

PPS: I miss my mom, and sister... i really miss having family. :( It's been so long.
