While i find a way to loose all this extra weight, i am just going to see the glass as half full.

Example: Instead of going 'F*** you im not pregnant!', i'm going go 'Hey, thank you for the free seat'..

Life feels brighter already :)

FIRST DAY!!

FML.

I was all pumped up for my first day on the job, that i got all excited when Izhan dropped me off at Bangsar LRT.

Sidenote: I decided to commute by LRT to Masjid Jamek, because i don't really feel that comfortable driving to KL during peak hours, plus there is no place to park here.

Anywayyyyy, i got in the LRT, and suddenly this lady, practically jumped out of her seat, to give me her chair. I thought nothing of it, until i realized, she thought i was pregnant........

Not really her fault, but OMG newsflashhhh!! am i THAT FAT now????

This past 8 months of seclusion has made me blind. I have been avoiding mirrors, out of spite, but i had no idea i was so fat that someone would think i was still pregnant. -_-

Needless to say, by the time i reached my office to start my first day, my confidence had shriveled to shit. Haih.

For those who didn't know:

I think it's safe to say, that unless you see her tummy moving, or a baby peeking out of her Vajajay, lets all assume that she's not pregnant.

Ps: The new job turned out to be awesome btw, everyone is really nice... should be a good fit. :)

Me and my FLAT hair...

All this staying indoors is making my hair very flat, dull and lifeless... not to mention making me fat and lazy.

Hemorrhoids from Hell

Caution: This post may involve TOO MUCH INFORMATION... and filled with GROSS details.

OMGness, i don't even know where to start... i recently fell victim to the horrors of pregnancy hemorrhoids...

I was in agonizing pain last night, and there wasn't really much i could do to relieve the pain. I could barely sleep all night, my ass felt like it was on fire... a feeling i wouldn't wish on my worst enemy.

By this morning, my condition did not change much, so Muuzi marched me to see my doctor.

Anyway, thankfully Dr Kamaljit fixed me up.. and gave me a bunch of meds and tips to get thru the next few days in one piece.

I'm still revving in pain.. so i'm just going to rest and relax for the rest of the day.

PS: Dear fellow future moms, if you are unlucky enuff to contract hemorrhoids like me... GO TO THE DOCTOR!!!


It's embarrassing as hell, and not to mention gross... but apparently if not treated, it gets so much worst and can create complications during child birth.

Unemployment here i come!!

Today is my last day in my current office.

It wasn't suppose to be today, because i was supposed to serve 3 months after quitting but about 3 weeks after i tendered my resignation they found out i was pregnant and offered me an early release from my contract. Citing if i were to stay on the full 3 months i would be obliged to work weekends and late nights like usual regardless of my current 'condition'.

I mean, no doubt in my mind it was a shitty move on their part. I have often heard that pregnancies is basically the END of an advertising career... that is why most* of the women in advertising aren't married, or if they are will be 40 and childless.

(*i say most because there are some people who still make it work.. but mostly it's very difficult)

Anyway, as you can see, i took the early release deal anyway.. i really can't be bothered to stay on if i'm going to be a 'burden' to the team, with my constant morning sicknesses and inability to tolerate the teams strong cigarette stench..

Well, It was fun working here, until it wasn't anymore :) I'll probably miss the boys, and the few friends i've made here.

But now it's time for some rest and relaxation until i figure out what i'm going to do with the rest of my life!! woooooooooo!

ps: Dear Johnny Depp, please save your career and don't do another Pirates of the Caribbean movie. Cus the last one sucked pretty bad, if you absolutely must do one, bring Orlando Bloom pls? :P

No Muslims at Malaysia Black Eyed Peas concert

KUALA LUMPUR (Reuters) - Muslims in Malaysia have been barred from attending a concert by U.S. hip hop band the Black Eyed Peas sponsored by Guinness which is owned by the world's biggest spirits group Diageo.

The move comes after a Malaysian Islamic court sentenced a 32-year Muslim woman to be caned after she was caught drinking beer in a hotel and at a time when an opposition Islamic party has moved against beer sales.

The concert, part of celebrations of Guinness 250th birthday, asks on its website (www.arthursday.com.my) "Are you a non-Muslim aged 18 years and above?" and if the response is no, access is not allowed.

Muslims account for 55 percent of the 27 million people in this Southeast Asian country and are barred from consuming alcohol although the rules are regularly flouted, especially in big cities like the capital, Kuala Lumpur.

Malaysia's Guinness Anchor which sells Guinness and other brands here had sales of 1.2 billion Malaysian ringgit ($340.6 million) in 2008.

Even without alcohol, foreign bands are subject to scrutiny. Earlier this week, the Pan Malaysian Islamic Party (PAS) said it wanted Danish band Michael Learns to Rock banned from performing as it would cause immorality.

Since 2007, PAS, the country's second largest political group measured by party membership, has campaigned against performances by the likes of Beyonce, Rihanna, Gwen Stefani and Avril Lavigne.
